Here you may ask what is class 10,000, class 1,000, class 100? These classes are for air cleanliness grade, its definitaionn: in a unit volume of air in a clean space, the maximum limit of particles larger than or equal to the particle size under consideration is used to classify the standard. 

Class 10,000: The maximum allowable particle concentration of 0.5 micron in the 10,000 class clean room is less than 352000 (pc/m3), and the maximum allowable particle concentration of 5 micron is less than 29,300 (pc/m3).

Class 1,000: The maximum allowable particle concentration of 0.5 micron in a thousand-level clean room is less than 35200 (pc/m3), and the maximum allowable particle concentration of 5 micron is less than 2930 (pc/m3).

Class 100: The maximum allowable particle concentration of 0.5 microns in a hundred-level clean room is less than 3520 (pc/m3), and the maximum allowable particle concentration of 5 microns is less than 293 (pc/m3).
