As we know Yuanyao is not only a professional manufacturer of environmental test equipment ,but also a technical service company. We have a strong R&D team and technical service team. Ok, let me stop praising myself and start to share the good story of technical support.
 
In October 2021, we received a support request from one of our customer who asked Yuanyao team to help their supply chain company. The supply chain company has 3 custom ovens need to been repaired, if they can not fix the 3 ovens, which will ruin their 3 automatic assembly lines with worth millions. It is crushing blow for their production lines and output.
 
First Yuanyao technical service team connected with the supply chain company, checked the ovens information and issues on spot. The oven is a custom 3 layer hot air oven,90L for each baking zone, 200C degree max., is for solid crystal field and Optical communication field. And now the problem is the temperature uniformity is real bad, unstable temperature and bad temperature uniformity will cause surface imperfections and uneven.
After about 1 week discussing, we arranged our engineer to on-site repair, we only use one day to help customer revise chamber structure and adjust temperature uniformity. We also share the temperature curve before Yuanyao repairing service and after Yuanyao repairing service
