1. The salt water tank needs to be filled with water. The water should add salt water, but how to add the salt water? Water must be added according to the salt water ratio of 1:19, which is based on 500g industrial salt and 9500g pure water. The water adding position only needs to be three-quarters of the salt water tank, and the average usable time is 48 hours.
2. In the saturated barrel of the salt spray chamber, pure water is added here. Its main function is to preheat, humidify and filter the impurities of the air entering the saturated barrel from the air compressor. The water valve needs to be opened before adding water to the saturated bucket, and the water valve must be closed after adding water, leaving 1/5 of the water level liquid.
3. Next is the working room inside the chamber. Pure water is also added here. The purpose of adding water is to prevent the chamber from drying out and aging when it is heated. The water level can be slightly lower than the mist exhaust hole in the middle of the chamber. If too much water is added, it will automatically flow out from the drain pipe behind the chamber.
4. The last step is the sealing tank. When the salt spray test chamber is working, just add an appropriate amount of pure water to the sealed tank to prevent the salt spray from overflowing. Remember not to add too much or too little, so as to close the lid as long as water and salt spray must not spill over.
