When we communicate with customers, customers sometimes complain, why do the temperature humidity chambers look the same in appearance? Why are other companies' prices so cheap, but yours have such a big price difference? Let’s talk about the price factors
that affect the constant temperature and humidity chamber:
1. Different test requirements:
Generally speaking, the price of temperature humidity chamber/climate chamber is related to the test requirement of users. The higher the user's requirements for testing, the more difficult it is to produce the test chamber, and of course it also increases the related production costs. For example, the temperature ranges of high and low temperatures are: 0℃~150℃, -20℃~150℃, -40℃~150℃, -60℃~150℃, -70℃~150℃. The lower the low temperature, the higher the price. The common heating rate of temperature humidity chamber/climate chamber is 1.0~3.0℃/min, and the cooling rate is 0.7~1.0℃/min. The heating rate can be set to -70°C~150°C non-linearity ≤15°C/min (empty load), and the cooling rate can be set to 150°C~-70°C non-linearity ≤15°C/min (empty load). When purchasing a climate chamber, be sure to order it according to your own parameter requirements, and do not waste unnecessary costs due to parameter problems.
2. Non-standard equipment. If the heating and cooling rate of the environment chamber is not within the standard test range, the faster the heating/cooling rate, the higher the difficulty will be, and the corresponding price will be more expensive.
3. Other factors. Warranty time, transportation costs, and accessory brands are also major factors affecting price differences. Users must consider these aspects when purchasing.
